For the second of MeeVee's series of exclusive interviews with the stars of Lost, we sat down with Jorge Garcia, who plays lottery winner and former mental patient Hugo "Hurley" Reyes. The first character officially cast, Hurley lends a touch of comic relief and a genial humanity to the show's often nerve-shattering events.
Jorge chatted with us about an upcoming showcase episode for his lovable loser character, and what it's like to act opposite veteran comedian Cheech Marin.

As the title of last night’s episode telegraphs, more than one Hero’s journey is about to get knocked off course by life’s hectic demands -- the worldly as well as the other-worldly. It’s a good guess that there are even more of us walking around like zombies this morning with bags under our tired red eyes, having been distracted from a good night’s sleep thanks to this plot-twisty banquet of a script penned by Michael Green. Not even a slow jumping-off point (pun intended) could detract from the thrill ride that steadily built momentum toward the last act’s final shocking seconds.
And has George Takei, who once fenced bare-chested in the corridors of the original Star Trek's U.S.S. Enterprise before assuming the captain's chair aboard the Excelsior, ever looked so completely badass?
