Inquest Into Death Of Anna Nicole Smith’s Son Delayed
Now that Anna Nicole Smith’s cause of death has officially been declared an accidental prescription drug overdose, the ugly business of determining whether foul play was involved in her son’s drug overdose is in full motion. Daniel Smith died last September from a deadly cocktail of methadone and two prescription antidepressants. A judge in The Bahamas has delayed the inquest in order to eliminate any potential juror bias.

If you were a gamblin’ sort, safe bets for this week’s Dancing with the Stars eliminations would have revolved around a washed-up country singer and a sweet but slightly awkward basketball player. Billy Ray Cyrus and Clyde Drexler have not brought down the house, so can you blame me for thinking one of them would be asked to leave it? Instead, it turns out that America just doesn’t like models. Who knew?
Shandi Finnessey (the former Miss USA bombshell) and Paulina Porizkova (the former supermodel bombshell) were the bottom feeders this week, and I’m still jaw-dropped over the news. In the end, Paulina was sent packing. It’s clear that the Apocalypse has finally come: Stunningly gorgeous women have no longer have a place in the hearts of America. Everyone throw out your lip gloss.
