With a new show and a new album on the horizon, our favorite American Idol finalist, Kimberley Locke, is back and busier than ever. As a judge on MTV's biggest Little Talent Show, Locke dispenses singing advice, while attempting to keep a straight face. Her new album "Based on a True Story" drops "God-willing" this March. We had the pleasure of interviewing Ms. Locke in a phone interview this past week. With the help of some of her most diehard fans we got the inside scoop on what's now and next for this bona fide "Supawoman."

Totally Frakked: Heroes - When the Going Gets Weird, the Weird Turn Pro
Every hero has a weakness, but on Heroes they have many. Its perversely long roster of characters is sense-defying and mucks up an otherwise decent little fantasy tale full of shiver-worthy future nuclear disasters and a cool mutant serial killer. This week, the show tried to cut its losses by starting off with an embarrassingly bad segment that re-introduces each character. Ultimately,it was a vain attempt to prove that it's possible to follow along if you know the guy in glasses is evil. The season's plot arc continues to show promise though, especially now that NBC has ordered a full compliment of 22 episodes. But kill some of these characters already. Confidential to Tim Kring: You can't juggle eight characters, plus love interests and co-workers and cute neighbors, in one episode. Don't even try.

Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip: Sorkin's Great At Dialogue, Crap at Love
All's fair (and humiliating) in love and TV this week as Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip delivers one of the tamest (read: most boring) episodes to date. Peppered with some much needed pre-credit action, this was an otherwise uninspiring episode about Matt's affinity for Harriet.

Nip/Tuck: All Aboard to Crazy Town
There’s never been a more luscious on-screen dream sequence than the opener for this week’s Nip/Tuck shocker. The near-kisses between Sean and Christian, the muscle-bound, Speedo-sporting volleyball hunks, and the best line of dialogue this year: “Sean, honey, why are you in the closet?” Oh Christian, you only wish.
Dancing with the Stars: Hearts A Fire
Week five of Dancing with the Stars finds us halfway through the competition. The seven remaining couples performed either the samba party dance or the sexier rumba. The dancers are improving and having a great time; some are even making a love connection. But, the judges seemed to be (at times) rewarding couples more for their fun factor than for their footwork.

Sayid's plan to find Jack endangers Sun and Jin; Kate and Sawyer are forced to work in harsh conditions by their captors; and Ben makes an offer to Jack that might prove difficult to refuse.
Project Runway
In Part 1 of a two-part third-season finale, the finalists are under the Gunn---that is, mentor Tim Gunn tracks them as they journey home to design their lines, which will then be showcased at Fashion Week in New York City.
