Trick…or treat? Dancing with the Stars had the unfortunate fate of airing on Halloween this week. The holiday became an easy excuse for everyone to up the kitsch factor, with the emphasis on goofy shenanigans and themed getups.
Most of the music choices were pretty scary. Scores of 10 were dispensed as freely as individually wrapped candy bars -- well earned, however, because the dancers really brought the goods. With each team competing in both the Latin and ballroom categories, the high talent factor probably had viewers saying, “Jerry who?”
