Totally Frakked: The Dresden Files -- Bird Flew
The Dresden Files
Title: “Birds of a Feather”
First Aired: 1/21/07
Meet Harry Dresden. He’s a scruffy, scrappy, wisecracking Chicago detective. He loves women, and on this day, he’s been loving perky blonde diner waitress Laura. (A lot, as a matter of fact.)
Your average, everyday sort of guy, right? No... Harry’s got secrets. For starters, he’s really a wizard. He also has a disembodied sorcerer trapped in a flaming skull living downstairs. The biggest of his secrets, however, might just be that Paul Blackthorne, the actor breathing life into Harry’s All-American he-man swagger, is in fact a very polished, polite, and proper Brit.

American Idol Rejects Get the Last Laugh, Rosie O’Donnell’s Sympathy
Rosie O’Donnell just can’t stay out of the news. Now that the Trump feud is finally losing some of its momentum, she's picked a new and equally bizarre cause: Sticking up for American Idol contestants.
Idol’s sixth season started with the usual parade of the talentless, giving judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and Randy Jackson more than enough fodder for snide remarks and criticism. But some contestants continue to follow in William Hung’s tiny little footsteps, finding fame in losing.

WWE: Heating Up the Web
Never one to allow an innovation opportunity to pass him by, Vince McMahon is bringing wrestling to the Web. WWE Heat provides an online collection of WWE Monday Night Raw undercard matches -- just the place to find some of the more amusing has-beens and wannabes of the wrestling world.
During the height of its popularity, Heat aired on USA and MTV networks. The show migrated to the Web in 2005 after losing most of its viewers to Friday Night SmackDown! Heat's standalone matches fit into the media-snacking YouTube paradigm, translating to the Web in a way that half-hour sitcoms or hour-long dramas don’t (and certainly better than sprawling sporting events like baseball or football).
Casting Call: Making the Band 4
Is American Idol too much of a solo gig for you? Are you looking for a Dancelife, too? Do you have what it takes to make the band? MTV and Diddy are casting now for Making the Band 4, to find the all-male version of Diddy's all-girl group, Danity Kane.
Open call auditions for the show began Wednesday, Jan. 17 in Los Angeles. If you can't make an open casting call, you can post your video auditions online at makingtheband.MTV.com.
